Our Owner’s Representative Project Management Services include:
- Assist in defining project with company principals
- Complete budget (in accordance with allocated funds)
- Complete & solicit RFPs for design, manufacturing, construction, & implementation (where appropriate)
- Complete bid awarding/contract securement (in conjunction with company/project team principals)
- Complete procurement for the project
- Assume role of Owner’s Representative in managing General Contractor
- Provide project status and milestone marker updates/reporting
- Provide budget compliance reporting
- Provide completed project implementation assessment
- Provide closeout documentation to facilitate maintenance of assets and improvements made
